I appreciated big rooms of the hotel. The location was favourable close to many atractions in the downtow area and the staff here was amazingly great.

Lovely building and rooms with an amazing view. Strategic and best possible location in a very very nice area short walk to Right in front of the bay, Resturant, and Florianópolis city center. Nearby Madero Burger & Grill - great place to chill out.

The location was great, 20 minutes' walk to the center. Our room was big size with 2 single bed instead of a double bed and plasma TV, as example.

Location near to a host of shops on multiple levels, a good oriental restaurant and a nice shopping mall: )

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its prime location on a bustling avenue, just steps away from a beautiful beach. The rooms offer excellent views, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast provided at this hotel is simply fantastic, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

Room service quality is outrageous, staff is either rude or unwilling to help. Forget about english, no one can speak english here (we speak portuguese too). Breakfast is very limited and the quality overall is bad. Room decoration is very basic, Internet was very very slow. This is a 3 star hotel advertised as a 5 star hotel.
